Selling Policy

ScandiaImports.com accepts orders. Orders can be made by visiting our website, scandiaimports.com. If you do not have access to a computer for ordering you may call the store 800-834-8547, or by fax 503-626-9588, during business hours Monday-Friday 10:00-5:00 pm  Saturday 10:00-4:00 pm, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Order Status/Changes

Our goal is to make your experience at ScandiaImports.com as comfortable as possible. If you would like to check the status of your order, make changes or have questions regarding your order, you can make these inquiries one of two ways:

Be sure to have your name and order number handy. Your order number was provided by the representative who received your order.

Returns & Refund Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return:

  • any music CD, cassette or videotape in its original condition (unopened if it was sent to you that way)
  • any UNUSED item in its original condition, with its original packaging and accessories, books are not refundable.

Simply pack the item up and mail or ship it back to us. Please enclose a note or copy of your invoice so that we can promptly credit your account. We will credit you the same way as you paid. You are still responsible for the freight charges both to you and back to us. All freight charges are credited if the mistake was ours. Mail the return to:

Shipping Charges & Schedules

Default shipping charges are estimated shipper rates based upon the order weight and amount (for insurance).

At checkout, you also have the option of requesting exact shipper rates, which will be added to your order total once we pack and prepare to ship the order. If selecting this option, payment is not collected at checkout. You will receive an email containing the final invoice with the exact shipping fees added and will need to follow the link in that email to finalize payment. Orders in this scenario will not be shipped until this finalized payment has cleared.

If you select the shipping option “Request Exact Shipper Fees,” you should also select the payment method “Credit Card + Exact Shipper Rate.” This will ensure you receive the follow-up email that contains the link to process payment. If instead you select the shipping option “Request Exact Shipper Fees” and then process payment without a shipping fee being assessed, we will contact you to secure payment for shipping.

For a specific quote for shipping charges, or for shipping accommodations outside what is offered here, you may call 800-834-8547 to speak with a sales representative.

We ship most orders the next business day if the items ordered are in stock. Most other orders are shipped within 5 business days. Every effort is made to ensure that your order is sent the next day after it arrives. If we do not have any item you have ordered in stock, we reserve the right to ship a partial order and send the remaining item(s) when they arrive. Otherwise, we will notify you of any delay in shipping your order.
