What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and checks or money orders. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code), located on the bottom of the check.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges are actual shipper rates based upon the order weight and amount (for insurance). For a specific quote for shipping charges, please call 800-834-8547 to speak with a sales representative.

We ship most orders the next business day if the items ordered are in stock. Most other orders are shipped within 5 business days. Every effort is made to ensure that your order is sent the next day after it arrives. If we do not have any item you have ordered in stock, we reserve the right to ship a partial order and send the remaining item(s) when they arrive. Otherwise, we will notify you of any delay in shipping your order.

What about your returns policy?

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return

  • any music CD, cassette or videotape in its original condition (unopened if it was sent to you that way)
  • any UNUSED item in its original condition, with its original packaging and accessories

Simply pack the item up and mail or ship it back to us. Please enclose a note or copy of your invoice so that we can promptly credit your account. We will credit you the same way as you paid. You are still responsible for the freight charges both to you and back to us. All freight charges are credited if the mistake was ours. Mail the return to:

What do you do if an item has been mispriced?

Scandia Imports is constantly striving to ensure that our pricing is correct. Rarely, a mistake will slip through. However, our policy is to verify prices prior to shipping an order.

If an item’s correct price is lower than the price listed, we will charge the lower amount and ship the item to you.

If an item’s correct price is higher than the price listed, we contact you for instructions before shipping the item to you.

We do not charge your credit card until we ship your order. If you have paid by check or money order and we owe you a refund, we will issue and send a refund check for the correct refund amount immediately.
